Hi all, I am Juan Matinez and I was born in Medan, Indonesia. I am very passionate about my work and also worked in the areas of education, healthcare, and disaster relief. I have also worked with Tanoto Foundation to help in poverty alleviation through education, empowerment, and enhancement of quality of lives.

Besides all this, this foundation is started by Sukanto Tanoto who started his entrepreneurial journey in 1967. The business has grown considerably, with a workforce of over 60,000 people and its assets exceeding US$18 billion. He is the founder and chairman of Royal Golden Eagle (RGE). The business has five key operational areas: pulp and paper. He is a strategic thinker with a forward-looking vision.
